Dwight Saxon is a retired Palm Beach County Fire Rescue firefighter with 30 years of service, retiring from Station 33 in 2007. He founded First Responders Foundation to support the physical and mental wellness of first responders through its Service Dog Program and Canteen & Rehab operations.

Drawing on decades of frontline experience and a background in building and selling successful businesses, Dwight brings operational leadership and long-term strategic vision to the organization. His mission is simple: stand behind those who stand on the front lines.


Iva Grady has lived in Palm Beach County her entire life and has been a marathon organizer for over ten years in Palm Beach County.
Iva loves playing golf, pickleball, running, and swimming. Iva has been involved in fundraising events in Palm Beach County for years and is an excellent addition to the First Responders Foundation..

Greg Rice /was born and raised in Palm Beach County. Greg works with a company on commercials and marketing and loves what he does.
Greg is well known not only in Palm Beach County but Worldwide. Greg has worked on many charities and committees for over 40 years in Palm Beach County.

Michael P. Barrett Jr. brings more than 25 years of frontline emergency support experience to the First Responders Foundation.
Through his leadership in canteen and field operations, he has ensured first responders are supplied, supported, and sustained during critical incidents. With a background in radio communications and deep roots in
