Our Canteen & Rehab Program supports first responders during extended incidents, training exercises, and community events by providing hydration, nutrition, and a place to rest and recover. This program helps ensure firefighters, law enforcement officers, and EMS personnel remain safe, effective, and cared for while operating in demanding conditions.
By supporting responder health and readiness on scene, we help crews sustain performance when it matters most.

Our Service Dog Program rescues dogs from shelters and provides professional training to prepare them as service dogs for first responders. Each dog is carefully selected, trained, and matched to support firefighters, law enforcement officers, and EMS professionals facing PTSD, trauma, or the long-term effects of service.
All dogs are placed free of charge, removing financial barriers and ensuring first responders receive the support they deserve—on and off the job.
We understand the sensitive nature of seeking support, and we are committed to protecting your privacy with professionalism and respect.

During hurricanes, tornadoes, and other disasters across Florida, First Responders Foundation provides on-scene food, hydration, and rehabilitation support to first responders when requested. Our Emergency Response Team works in coordination with local agencies to help sustain firefighters, law enforcement officers, and EMS personnel during extended operations and recovery efforts. By supporting responder health and readiness in demanding conditions, we help ensure crews can remain focused, effective, and safe when communities need them most.

When a first responder or their family is facing a serious injury or the loss of a loved one, everyday needs can quickly become overwhelming. Our Meal Train Support provides prepared meals to help ease the burden during these difficult times. This service allows families to focus on healing, grieving, and being together—without the added stress of daily meal planning. Requests are handled with care and discretion, and support is provided based on need and availability.
